The three beams adjust and lock independently; they do not automatically synchronise or centre. The plate gap is 40–52 mm. With two 3 mm TPU liners and adhesive allowance, nominal clearance is approximately 33.7–45.7 mm. Actual guitar fit needs to be checked.
Uses metal couplers and bolts with bonded TPU liners. Digital model and slicing checks are complete; physical fit, adhesion, loading, long-term durability and guitar-finish compatibility remain unverified. The exploded view illustrates part relationships.
